MSCA Staff Exchanges is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) funding programme that supports short-term international and intersectoral exchanges of research and innovation staff. The aim is to promote knowledge transfer, collaboration and career development between organisations in different sectors and countries.

Key Features:

• Supports mobility through secondments (from one month to one year),
• Open to universities, research organisations, companies, SMEs and other non-academic organisations,
• Encourages interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral cooperation and,
• Staff return to their home organisations after the exchange to share knowledge.

Funding Details:

• Covers travel, accommodation and subsistence costs,
• Provides allowances for special needs where appropriate and,
• Supports research, training and networking activities.
